The museum will be located in Cardiff Bay along Harbour Drive forming part of the 'arc of entertainment' in the Bay.

 

The design sits opposite the Norwegian Church and across Britannia Park from the Waterguard Pub. This is the old site of Cardiff's famous 'tube' Visitor Centre which was dismantled in 2010.
